Overnight visitors can choose from 35 traditional Japanese inns which all have carefully controlled free-flowing hot springs to ensure continually fresh water. The inns offer relaxing private hot springs perfect for couples and families as well as public baths which are sure to melt your cares away while soothing your body and mind.

Only visitors staying at local accommodation get special access to the famous nine hot springs of Shibu Onsen but day-trippers can still experience one of the famed hot springs. One day tickets are available at the Shibu Onsen Ryokan Association office for only 500Yen!
